The Manager concierge was very polite and friendly. He asked if I needed anything and pointed me to the nearest restaurants. The room was clean , neat and orderly. His wife was the cleaning lady , and also was more than polite and helpful with extra toiletries. I will stay again when I'm in the area.
Room was nice. Spent there 4 nights. Clean beds, shower and customer service was great. Owner/Manager was very accommodating and profesional. Location is amazing as all kinds of stores and restaurants are within walking distance. Would definitely recommend and repeat
The best place by far for the price all around!! We definitely enjoyed our stay especially being right next to a bar!
We honestly weren't sure what to expect when first arriving to inquire about pricing etc. We were greeted by Sam the owner, very nice and pleasant. We explained to him our current situation (being homeless) and had limited funds, Sam was very caring and wanted to help us. He worked with us on pricing and we were able to stay for 3 nights, he also let us see a couple rooms and let us pick. Yes, the rooms are a little out dated but they were clean and the beds were comfortable. The property grounds were very clean and it was quiet. Sam made us feel very welcomed and even helped us with a jump when we needed. He even went an extra step and helped call a taxi for me so i could make it to work on time. Sam is a compassionate and caring person, who wants to help people and understands that is isn't always about the money, it is about the customers. I would suggest staying here for just what it is, a quiet, clean, comfortable and welcoming room. Thank you Sam!
The sunshine in owner is one of the kindest and most welcoming people I have met in hotel industry. The hotel and room is also very clean. The staff are approachable and reachable. I would for sure would recommend using this facility they are extremely accommodating.
I booked two rooms at the Sunshine Motel in advance of Hurricane Milton. The staff was quite responsive as made that reservation and urged them to charge my card so I knew for sure we had somewhere go. Then the storm strengthened and my family decided to flee the state. Sam was great to deal with and promptly refunded our money for the night he was able to rebook. Great service at a difficult time for all of us.
10/10 great experience, the owners were really nice. Best prices around hands down.
